As the owner of Digital Detach, a recruitment and staffing agency based in the Netherlands, I specialize in connecting professionals with career opportunities across IT, HR, and Finance. Over the past two years, our agency has successfully placed approximately 85 professionals in junior, mid-level, and senior positions. My expertise includes talent acquisition, candidate screening, CV evaluation, interview preparation, career guidance, and recruitment strategy. Through hands-on recruitment experience, I've developed a strong understanding of what employers and hiring managers look for in candidates. I use this knowledge to help job seekers strengthen their applications, prepare for interviews, navigate career transitions, and confidently take the next step in their careers.
