I design custom PCBs for gamepads, arcade sticks, fight sticks, button boxes, and other gaming controllers. I can work from an existing schematic, reference board, prototype, wiring diagram, or even a rough concept.
My focus is not just making the board look good. I build the PCB around the way the controller will actually be assembled, connected, enclosed, and used.

What software do you use for designing the game controller PCBs?
I primarily use Altium Designer and KiCad. I can deliver the native project files upon request so you can easily view or edit the schematics and layout designs in the future.

What do I need to provide to start the design process?
Please provide a list of your required features (number of buttons, analog sticks, LEDs), any physical dimension constraints, and your preferred connection type (wired USB-C or wireless).
Do you handle the physical manufacturing and assembly of the controller boards?
I handle the complete electrical engineering and PCB design. I will provide all standard Gerber, BOM, and CPL files required for you to easily order manufacturing from factories like JLCPCB or PCBWay.
