Please send model numbers, photos, screenshots, a description of the issue, and any troubleshooting already completed before the session.

You remain in control of your computer and equipment. I do not retain passwords or access after the session.

Some issues involving damaged cabling, failed hardware, inaccessible devices, or ISP restrictions may require an on-site technician. In those cases, I will help identify what needs to be tested, repaired, or replaced.
