FAQ
Are these testers real people or automated bots?
Every single Android app tester provided is a 100% real person using a unique, physical Android device and an active Google account. I never use emulators or bots, ensuring your app fully complies with all Google Play requirements.
Will the testers keep the app installed for the required 14 days?
Yes, absolutely. For Google Play closed testing, all 12 to 20 testers will download, open, and interact with your app daily for the mandatory 14-day consecutive period to ensure it qualifies for production.
Can you test apps that require a specific region or login credentials?
Yes. Our team of testers is globally distributed with different devices. If your app requires specific login credentials, you can provide test accounts, and we will handle the rest smoothly.
Will you provide feedback and bug reports at the end?
Yes! Along with fulfilling your Google Play closed testing requirements, you will receive valuable user testing feedback, usability insights, and screenshots if any bugs or crashes occur during the process.
