While the team had quick responsiveness and delivered the project on time, the design itself was not so creative. I was hoping for something more unique and tailored to my needs. The final booklet design didn't fully meet my expectations.

This is my second time working with Farzana. I'm very pleased at her work and her attention to detail. She's creative and understands my brand, its aesthetic, and tone, which is super helpful. She doesn't need a lot of direction and will ask questions when she needs clarity.
