On reads longer than 200 words, I will provide a short sample to make sure the read matches your vision before we proceed.
Basic revisions are included in the initial cost including revisions for pronunciation, style, tone, speed, or phrasing.
Files will be delivered in WAV format. Most other formats are easy to deliver at no extra charge.

What is the turnaround time for my project?
I deliver 100 / 200 word projects in less than 24 hrs. If you have a specific deadline faster than that, let me know, I’ll coordinate a timeline with you so you know when to expect delivery.
Can I get same day delivery?
Yes, in most cases. It’s not something I charge extra for. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm your timeline.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, you get 1 free round of revisions with each order; including revising pronunciation, style, tone, speed, or phrasing. If you'd like changes, simply let me know the specifics and I will make adjustments to meet your needs. Revisions due to script changes would require an additional charge.
What if my project is longer than 200 words?
If your project exceeds the 200 words, I can provide a custom quote based on the length and complexity of the script. Just send me a message with your script, and I’ll give you an accurate estimate and timeline for completion.
Can you add background music or sound effects?
I can add background music or sound effects to your project for an additional charge. I have an extensive sound effects library available. If you have music, I can add it; If you don’t have music, I can find music options for you.
Can you help with Proofreading or Copywriting?
Yes, for an additional charge I can proofread your script and send you any revisions for your approval before we proceed. I’ve also written 1,000s of TV commercials over the years and can collaborate with you to develop your script or idea.
What file formats do you deliver the final recordings in?
I typically deliver files in WAV format, but I can provide other formats (such as AIFF or MP3) as needed.
Can you split files?
I can split your audio into different files at no extra change.
Do I need Commercial Rights?
Commercial Rights are needed for use on any NON-PAID channels to promote a business. These rights are for the initial project and are not transferable or for re-sale without additional cost. EG:: Someone ordering a VO for a local Toyota dealer then re-selling the same VO to other dealerships.
Do I need Broadcast Rights?
Broadcast Rights are needed for use on any PAID channels, such as TV, Radlo, pald social media ads, etc. These rights are for the initial project and not transferable without an additional fee. EG:: Someone ordering a VO for a local Toyota dealer then re-selling the same VO to other dealerships.
