Is this only a flyer or can I get a brochure?
This gig currently is only a single sided 8.5x11 flyer. Brochures take more layout and design time. I can do a custom order on brochures or anything you need, just message me directly :)
How long does it take to get a flyer back?
Real Estate flyers can be tricky while I do deliver them on time for the most part, the delays will happen with edits and updating of different information. So make sure when you order a flyer you have all of the photos and information ready :)
How many photos do you need?
I can make a great flyer from one or two photos, but preferably I need about 6 to make something awesome :)
Are your Designs Printable?
Yes, they are Printable (with bleed lines)
Are your Postcards Mailable and EDDM
