Do I need to have all my data sources ready before I order?
No, but it helps. If you're not sure which systems to include, message me first and we can map that out together before you choose a package.
What if I only have one data source right now?
Start with Foundation. It still includes a proper data warehouse layer, not a shortcut version, so the system is built to expand later without starting over.
Can you connect to my specific CRM or software?
In most cases, yes. I work with standard databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and most common business platforms. Message me with your specific tools before ordering and I'll confirm.
Do I need to know Power BI or SQL to work with you?
No. I handle the technical build. You just need to know what questions you want your reporting to answer, and I'll translate that into the system.
Will the dashboard update automatically, or do I need to refresh it myself?
All packages include scheduled refreshes, so your data stays current without manual work.
What happens after delivery? Do you offer support?
Each package includes revision rounds during the build. If you need help after delivery, ongoing support and updates can be arranged separately.
Is my data secure?
Yes. I only access what's needed to build your system, through secure connections, and I don't retain or share your business data.

How long does delivery take?
Foundation takes 5 to 7 days, Growth takes 10 to 14 days, and Architect depends on scope, confirmed during the discovery call. Extra Fast Delivery is available as an addon on any package.
What if my data isn't clean or organized yet?
That's normal, and part of what the warehouse layer solves. Messy or inconsistent data across sources is exactly the problem this system is built to fix.
