The following packages in this service assumes that the accounting software has been correctly set up, accounts mapped and for FRS 102/UK GAAP reporting.
Bronze Package includes:
- 1 month's worth of management accounting done for you.
- Transactions must be less than 500 in the month.
- Estimated time to delivery is 30 days.
- Delivered Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss to you.
- Attach the documentation i.e. invoices on your accounting software provided to us provided this access is made available.
Silver Package includes:
- Same as Bronze package.
- Transactions must be less than 2,500 in the month.
Gold Package includes:
- Same as Bronze package.
- Transactions must be less than 5,000 in the month.

Are you certified?
Yes, I am ACA certified and trained under ICAEW a highly prestigious professional body.
How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online or Xero?
Login to your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms -> Invite". Login to your Xero account. From the setting you need to add a user (at least standard or admin as per working need).
Are you familiar with Accounting Standards like GAAP & IFRS?
Yes, I have trained under UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). This project is for UK GAAP FRS 102 only. I have regular training to sharpen my skills for both.
What information is required to perform a bookkeeping job?
I need accounting firm access of the accounting software, bank, credit card & other statements as necessary along with all sales and purchase data. Requirements vary from client to client, depending upon the nature and workflow of the business.
Is the secure portal safe and can my documents be deleted and destroyed after?
All documents can be deleted after the project is completed at client's request providing no further work is required on the project and it is confirmed by both parties the engagement is complete.
