Need a custom business website built with AI assisted development?
I use VS Code with AI coding tools to build your website around your brand, content and goals. Your site is customized, reviewed and tested before handover.
Choose your scope:
- Basic: one landing page with up to 5 sections
- Standard: up to 3 pages and one contact form
- Premium: up to 5 pages, one contact form and one booking or newsletter embed
Every package includes a responsive website, your supplied text and images, navigation, page titles and meta descriptions, source code, and one deployment to a compatible hosting account you provide.
Business sites, portfolios and campaign pages are welcome. Video production is a separate service.
Hosting, domain names and paid services are purchased separately. A visual content editor, online store, login system, database or AI chatbot requires a custom scope.
Send your page list, content and references through Fiverr so we can confirm the features, timeline and price.

Will my website include an AI chatbot?
AI tools assist development. A chatbot or other AI functionality is not included in these packages and needs a separately agreed scope.
Can I update the website myself?
Project files and basic handover instructions are included. A visual content editor or CMS is not included unless we agree on it in your offer.
What do I need to provide?
Please send your page list, final text, logo, images and design references. You also need a domain and a compatible hosting account for deployment.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
No. You purchase hosting, your domain and any paid services separately. I include one deployment to a compatible account you provide.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed brief. Additional pages, new features or a new design direction require a separate quote.
Can you build a portfolio website?
Yes. This type of site can fit these packages when its pages and features stay within the selected scope. Upload tools and content dashboards need custom scope.
Do you provide website redesign?
I quote this work after reviewing the existing site. Content migration, redirects and preserving existing functionality must be agreed before ordering.
Can you guarantee sales or Google rankings?
No. I include page titles and meta descriptions, but sales and search rankings depend on factors beyond website development. Marketing services are separate.
