This gig is for rendering an existing 3D model. If you only have a floor plan, message me — modeling is available as a custom offer.
What file formats do you accept?
Revit (.rvt), FBX, OBJ, and SketchUp exports. Not sure? Send your file and I'll check for free.
Do you provide the furniture models?
Yes — I use a professional asset library. If you need specific real products (e.g., a particular sofa), send me the product page and I'll match it as closely as possible.
What counts as a revision?
Adjusting camera, lighting, materials or asset placement. Changes to the underlying architecture/model are quoted separately.
Do you sign NDAs?
