How fast can you fix my bug?
Most single issues are fixed within 24 to 48 hours. If it is urgent, message me first and I will tell you honestly whether I can start today or not.
What if you cannot fix my issue?
I will tell you before you order. That is exactly why I ask you to message me first. If I take an order and find the problem is outside what I described, I will tell you immediately instead of wasting your time and money.
Do you need access to my code?
Yes. A GitHub or GitLab repository link, or a zip of your project. I cannot fix code I cannot read. If your repo is private, add me as a collaborator or send a zip through Fiverr.
Do you fix WordPress, Shopify, PHP or Python issues?
No. I only work with React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and Tailwind. If your issue is in WordPress, Shopify or PHP, I am not the right seller and I will say so honestly.
Will you explain what was actually wrong?
Yes. Every delivery includes a short written explanation of what caused the issue and what I changed, so your team understands the fix instead of just receiving a patched file.
My whole project is broken. Can you rebuild it?
That is a different service. Message me with your repository and I will quote it as a custom offer. Squeezing a rebuild into a bug fix package is unfair to both of us and usually ends badly.
