FAQ
1. Which websites do you support?
Next.js and React websites. For WordPress, Shopify, Wix or any other platform, message me before ordering so I can confirm it is possible and quote it as a custom offer.
2. What does the chatbot know?
Only the business information you give me: FAQs, services, pricing and policies. It answers from that content instead of guessing. When it does not know, Standard and Premium show your contact form or email.
3. Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, through your own AI provider account and API key. I never use my key, so you control the costs. I also add a rate limit per visitor so usage cannot run out of control.
4. Can you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or voice?
Not in this gig. It covers a chat widget embedded on your website. If you need other channels, message me and I will tell you if a custom offer is possible.
5. Do I get the source code?
Standard and Premium include the source code. On Basic you can add it as an extra. Either way the widget is yours once delivered.
6. Do you help with deployment?
Premium includes deployment help so the chatbot goes live on your site. For Basic and Standard I deliver working code and you can add deployment as an extra.
7. What do you need from me to start?
Your website link, your logo and brand colors, your FAQs or business content in a document, and your AI API key. For Standard and Premium I also help you set up a free database account.
8. Can the bot capture leads or book calls?
Yes, on Premium. It collects visitor name and email and offers a booking link so visitors can schedule a call from the chat. Basic and Standard do not include this.
