Can you fix my site if it's completely down or I can't log in?
Yes. Send me whatever access you have and a short description of what happened. If you're locked out, I can still get in through your hosting or FTP. Message me first and I'll tell you exactly what I need.
How do I know my data is safe while you work?
I take a full backup before making any changes. If anything goes wrong, your site can be restored. Your content and data stay protected the whole time.
My site has malware. Will it come back after you clean it?
After removing the malware I also do basic hardening, like updating plugins, securing logins, and closing the gaps that let it in. This lowers the chance of it happening again. For ongoing protection I can suggest a simple security setup.
Do you need my hosting or admin login?
For most fixes I need WordPress admin access, and sometimes hosting or FTP for deeper issues. Share details only through Fiverr for your safety. I'll tell you exactly what's needed once I see the problem.
How long will my fix take?
Simple fixes are often done same day. Bigger issues like malware or database errors take a bit longer. Message me with a screenshot or short description and I'll give you an honest timeline before you order.
