My name is Tyler. With this gig I will work with you to take your house plans to the next level of design with a warm free hand and colored drawing that has more feeling than a photo realistic computer rendering.

I have been producing professional architectural presentations for over twenty years and have developed the drawing skills to:

• Hand draw perspectives of or 3D model your project.
• Detail your drawing accurately with an understanding interior detailing.
• Using an iPad and a Apple Pencil I will create a finished sketch that will be helpful during all stages of design. Slick computer renderings have a place, but that place is typically further down the design process when a design is more fully fleshed out. Hand drawn sketches can help by leaving some room for interpretation but still show a complete image.
