FAQ
❓ Why you have to order us.?
Because we don't just trace; we rebuild designs into clean, scalable vectors. Manual redraws ensure smooth lines and sharp detail. Print-ready for logos, packaging, embroidery, signage, and digital use.
❓ Do you trace manually or use auto-trace software?
We trace everything manually using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other professional tools. Auto-trace is never used, ensuring 100% accuracy, smooth lines, and professional-quality results.
❓ What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive clean, editable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) along with high-resolution JPG/PNG files. Other formats can be provided on request.
❓ Can you vectorize very low-quality or blurry images?
Yes! Even if your image is very pixelated or old, we can redraw it into a crisp, scalable vector that looks brand new.
❓ Will my vector be print-ready?
Absolutely. All our vectors are print-ready, scalable to any size without losing quality, and suitable for logos, apparel, merchandise, signage, embroidery, and more.
❓ Do you offer revisions if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. We work until you are 100% satisfied. Minor adjustments are free, and we’ll refine the design until it matches your expectations.
