I will investigate one agreed Linux server issue, explain the findings and help implement and verify a practical solution within your selected work allowance.

Tasks include Ubuntu/Rocky Linux setup, SSH problems, users and groups, sudo and permissions, systemd services, package errors, disk usage and mounts, logs, cron, backups and NGINX configuration.
Basic: up to 1 hour of diagnosis with written findings. Standard: up to 2 hours of investigation, agreed changes and checks. Premium: up to 3 hours on an agreed setup or repair, with checks and handover notes. One revision covers corrections within the original scope.
Message first with your OS, symptoms and redacted errors. Keep a backup before changes. Hosting and licenses are separate. No 24/7 support, guaranteed recovery or unlimited fixes. If blocked, delivery includes findings and next steps.

Is a successful fix guaranteed?
No. The package covers the stated work allowance on one agreed task. We investigate, make approved changes where feasible and verify results. If access, third-party faults or complexity prevent resolution, you receive findings and next steps. Extra work requires a separately agreed scope.
What information and access do you need?
Start with OS/version, symptoms, recent changes and redacted logs. Never send passwords or private keys in requirements. We agree an authorized access method, backups and change scope before work. Communication and payment remain on Fiverr.
What does one order include?
