What do I need to provide to get started?
Send your plans, elevations, or a SketchUp/CAD file, plus any reference images for style, materials, or mood. No drawings yet? A sketch or clear description works too. Message me first, and I’ll tell you exactly what’s needed.
Which file formats can you work with?
I work with DWG, SketchUp (.skp), PDF, JPG/PNG, and hand sketches. If your file is in another format, ask, and I’ll confirm whether I can use it.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the project’s size and complexity. A single view is usually faster than a full landscape design. Tell me your deadline when you message me, and I’ll give you an accurate timeline. Rush delivery is possible for most projects.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Revisions are included so the final result matches your vision. Please share all your feedback at once for each round to keep delivery fast. Major changes after approval, such as redesigning the layout, may incur an extra fee.
Can you design the space for me, or only render my design?
Both. I can render your existing design as-is, or help with plants, pathway, lighting, and styling if you’d like input. But there will be an extra cost for designing your space. Let me know which you need when you contact me.
What software do you use?
SketchUp for modeling, D5 Render or Lumion for rendering, and Photoshop for final touch-ups. I also use subtle AI-assisted enhancements to improve mood and lighting while keeping your design accurate.
Will I receive the source files?
Yes. Source files (SketchUp, D5, Lumion, or other formats) are available on request or as an add-on, depending on your package. Message me if you need them for your own edits.
Can I use the renders commercially?
Absolutely. Once the order is complete, the renders are yours to use for presentations, marketing, portfolios, client pitches, and websites.
Do you offer animation or walkthroughs?
Yes, as a custom offer. Message me with your requirements, and I’ll let you know what’s possible and the cost.
