I once visited two coffee shops located on the same street. Both served great coffee, but one always seemed busier than the other. As I looked closer, I realized it wasn't just the coffee attracting customers—it was the branding. The logo, packaging, colors, signage, menus, and even the takeaway cups all worked together to create a memorable experience. The other shop had no clear identity, making it easy to forget.
