What can the assistant actually answer?
Whatever lives in the content you give it: documents, FAQs, policies, product information. It answers from that material and shows where each answer came from. It does not invent answers from outside your content.
Where can it live, a website or Slack or somewhere else?
A simple web chat on Basic. On Standard and Premium I can put it where your people or customers already are, like your site, Slack, or an internal tool. Tell me the destination before you order.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, and on the higher packages it hands the conversation to a person. I build it to stay silent rather than guess, because a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer.
