About this gig
Are you struggling to turn your product concept into a manufacturing-ready CAD design? Have factories rejected your 3D files because they aren't engineered for production?
I specialize in professional 3D CAD modeling and product design for manufacturing. Most designers create pretty pictures; I create functional, engineering-grade CAD models. Whether you need a simple prototype or a complex assembly structure with separate parts, I deliver the exact technical files (STEP/STL) that manufacturers demand.
Services included:
- Manufacturing-ready 3D CAD modeling in SolidWorks/Fusion 360
- STEP, STL, IGES file exports (universal formats)
- Editable source files (SLDPRT, F3D)
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review
- Separate parts for assembly and production
- Manufacturing drawings with dimensions
- Bill of Materials (BOM) - Premium package
- Prototype-ready files for 3D printing or CNC
Why choose me:
- Engineering-first approach (zero unmanufacturable designs)
- Fast communication and strict NDA confidentiality
- Native CAD source files included
Don't send bad files to a factory. Let me engineer your product for flawless manufacturing. Message me before ordering to discuss your project!

FAQ
What does "manufacturing-ready" actually mean?
A manufacturing-ready CAD model means the design has been engineered with real-world physics, tolerances, and material properties in mind, ensuring it can actually be produced on a factory floor (via CNC, 3D printing, or injection molding) without errors.
What files do I send to my manufacturer in China?
The global factory standard is the STEP file (.stp) for the 3D model, and a 2D manufacturing drawing (PDF) showing the tolerances and dimensions. I provide both of these in my Premium package.
I only have reference photos and rough sketches. Is that enough?
Yes! Many of my clients start with reference photos, hand-drawn sketches, or even cardboard mockups. As long as you can provide rough product dimensions, I can turn it into a 3D CAD model.
Will you separate my product into multiple parts for assembly?
Yes. If your product requires multiple components to be manufactured separately and bolted/screwed together, I will design a proper assembly structure and provide the individual STEP files for each part.
Will you sign an NDA for my patent-pending product?
Absolutely. I work with many inventors who have patent-pending products. Your intellectual property is 100% safe. Send me your NDA and I will sign it immediately.
Do you use SolidWorks?
Yes, I use industry-standard parametric CAD software, including SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion 360, to ensure your files are mathematically perfect.
