As a 10-year Dungeons & Dragons 5e 2014 veteran Dungeon Master, I can help you balance your homebrew spells and magic items.
During my time on Fiverr, I have created over 100 magic items and spells for character backstories, ensuring each one is balanced perfectly for either the 5e 2014 or 5e 2024 rule (depending on what the client was playing).
Additionally, I've balanced roughly 200 magic items (including a handful of spells) for a regular client.
