Generally both. It is always depending on what level of detail and style is wanted. I usually create high-poly objects first to make a retopo of it. If you have a very simplistic or simple style for your game, it might be the case that I don't need to make high-poly objects.

1) References- not particularly from the model itself, but from the game and the style you aim for 2) Doodles or Sketches from the object, otherwise I can design the object myself 3) An exact description of the object. What does it do? Has it a certain size? What is the Texture size etc.

The model won't be rigged, so the only kind of animation I can provide are simple animations with parenting: A door opens, a lever is pulled, a shelf is falling down, a pressure-plate is activated etc. I will follow every animation principle while I work, but I won't make too complex animations.

No. I can't code at all, so there won't be any scripting for any kind of engine at all. All I can give you are the 3d object itself with the requested animation in the usually common formats (*.obj and *.fbx). I am a fully pledged digital artist after all ; )
