About this Gig
Messy Excel or CSV data can slow down analysis and imports. I will clean one tabular file and return a tidy XLSX or CSV, plus a short QA note. Japanese and English text are welcome.
I can trim stray spaces, standardize dates and numbers using your rules, remove exact or agreed duplicate rows, and flag missing or ambiguous values. Standard and Premium also include correction of clear typos against a reference list you provide. I will not invent missing values.
Basic covers up to 100 rows, Standard up to 300, and Premium up to 800. Each package covers one file or worksheet with up to 20 columns. Please message me first for multiple sheets, formulas, macros, cross-file merges, very large files, or unusually complex rules.
Before ordering, send a sample, your desired output format, the columns used to identify duplicates, and any formatting or correction rules. I use software-assisted checks and review the results. I will share a note about changes and unresolved questions. Communication and delivery stay on Fiverr.

How do you identify duplicate rows?
I use exact row matches by default. If you want a key such as email or invoice ID, tell me which columns to use. I confirm the rule before removing rows.
Can you clean Japanese text?
Yes. I can normalize spacing and formats in typed Japanese or English data. Please share a sample and the exact rules you want applied.
Will you edit formulas or macros?
These packages cover data cells, not formula or macro development. Please message me before ordering if your workbook contains calculations you need preserved or changed.
