My career has taken me to various organisations in the public and private sectors, and no matter my role, I have always been the resident English expert within my department. I proofread and edited hundreds of newsletters, presentations and internal email communications for the HR department of my previous employer. I then took the plunge into proofreading full time and completed a course with the Proofreading Academy. I passed the course with a Distinction and have been working as a professional proofreader since 2021.

For the basic package I will proofread your document of up to 500 words, making basic spelling and grammar adjustments. The standard package will come with minor edits to your work, up to 1,000 words. For the premium package I will make adjustments to your sentence structure and syntax in order to make it flow as well as it can.
