I will edit and proofread your fiction and nonfiction books

Hi! My name is Kristin and I'm the writer of the Regency Romance series Resilience and Redemption. I work by day as a grant writer and have almost a decade of experience in writing for fundraising. I'm offering proofreading and copyediting for both books and grant proposals, and developmental editing for novels. I specialize in the following genres: Romance, YA, fantasy, contemporary middle-grade, nonfiction including memoirs, mystery, and historical fiction. Kristin is happy to read both closed-door and open-door romances.

I have a partner in editing, my mother-in-law Kathy, who has over 20 years of experience in both the financial and legal industries and has a degree in English Education from Ohio State University. Kathy offers proofreading for books and legal documents, copyediting and developmental editing for novels and short stories. She specializes in the following genres: YA, middle-grade, historical fiction, and closed-door romances. With her experience in the legal industry, she is particularly adept at proofreading legal documents.
