A: Yes — this is available as an add-on. I can connect your dashboard to Google Sheets, SharePoint, or a SQL database so it refreshes automatically without you uploading anything manually.
Q: Do I need Tableau or Power BI installed to use the dashboard?
A: For Power BI you need the free Power BI Desktop app. For Tableau I can deliver either a .twbx packaged file or publish it to Tableau Public which is completely free and viewable in any browser with no installation needed.
Q: What if I am not happy with the result?
A: Every package includes revisions and I will keep working until you are satisfied. I also recommend messaging me before ordering so we align on the design and scope upfront — this avoids any surprises.
Q: How do you handle confidential or sensitive business data?
A: Your data is used solely for building your dashboard and is never shared or stored beyond the project. If you have strict confidentiality requirements we can discuss anonymizing the data before you send it.
