Can I get an EIN without an SSN or ITIN?
Yes. I obtain the EIN for non-residents who have no SSN or ITIN through the IRS SS-4 process. It's included in the relevant packages.
Should I choose Wyoming or Delaware?
It depends on your goals. Wyoming is great for low cost and privacy, Delaware for raising investment and recognition. Message me before ordering and I'll recommend the right state for free.
Are the state filing fees included in the price?
No. The price is my service fee only. State filing fees and the registered-agent fee are paid separately to those providers, and I'll tell you the exact amounts upfront so there are no surprises.
How long does the whole process take?
Formation itself is fast, often a few days in expedited states. The EIN can take longer for non-residents since the IRS controls that timeline, so I set a realistic delivery date and keep you posted throughout.
Can I use this LLC for Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, or a US bank account?
Yes. Your LLC plus EIN lets you apply for Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, and US business banking. The Premium package includes setup guidance for Mercury or Relay. Final approval is always the platform's decision.
