Q: Which platforms do you support?
A: Websites on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and custom HTML sites. WhatsApp is available in the Premium package.
Q: Will the chatbot give wrong answers?
A: It answers from the information you provide, and I test it with real questions before delivery. No AI is perfect, so I set it to hand off to you when it isn’t confident.
Q: Can I update the chatbot later?
A: Yes. I include a short guide showing how to add or change information yourself.
Q: Are there extra costs besides your fee?
A: Some chatbot platforms and the WhatsApp Business API have their own monthly or per-message fees. I’ll tell you the exact cost before I start so there are no surprises.
Q: Can it speak languages other than English?
A: Yes, it can reply in the language your customers use. Add the extra language option to be sure I test it properly.
Q: Do you need access to my website?
A: For installation I need either a plugin or code-snippet access, or I can send you the embed code with simple instructions.
