Do you work with remote/distributed teams across time zones?
Yes. I currently manage multi-region teams and clients across different time zones in my full-time role, so async communication and overlapping-hours planning are part of my regular workflow.
Which tools do you use for sprint management?
Jira, Trello, Asana, and Odoo are my primary tools, with Slack or MS Teams for day-to-day communication. If your team uses something else, message me before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility.
Do I need an existing Agile process, or can you set one up from scratch?
Both. If you already have sprints running, I can step in and manage them right away. If you're starting from zero, I'll set up your backlog, board, and ceremonies (planning, standups, retros) as part of the Sprint Launch or higher package.
Will you actually join our standups/calls, or is this async only?
I can do either. Many clients prefer async daily updates to fit time zones, but I'm available for live standups, sprint planning, and retro calls if that's your team's preference — just mention it in the order requirements.
Can you manage a non-technical team, or is this only for software projects?
My background is in software/web project delivery, so I'm strongest there, but Agile and Scrum principles apply broadly. If your project is technical (web, app, e-commerce, etc.), I can add value immediately.
What's the difference between the Standard and Premium package?
Standard (Sprint Launch) covers setup and one week of active sprint facilitation — good for testing the fit. Premium (Scrum Master Retainer) is a full month of ongoing sprint management, reporting, and blocker resolution — better if you want continuity rather than a one-off engagement.
Do you provide reports or documentation after each sprint?
Yes, sprint summaries and progress reports are included in every package above Basic. I can also set up automated reporting (Jira automation + AI-generated summaries) as an add-on if you want this running without manual effort.
What do you need from me before we start?
Access to your project management tool (Jira/Trello/Asana), a brief on your team structure, and your current pain points or goals. I'll usually ask a few scoping questions in chat before kicking things off.
