Sole designer and developer of a production MES/ERP platform - 20+ integrated modules covering production planning, OEE monitoring, QC documentation, inventory, procurement and accounts, now in daily use across five departments. Bridged Sage Evolution ERP with a self-hosted web application: live stock synced from SQL Server with automatic offline fallback, customer PO through job orders to batch production reports to dispatch, automated GRN posting back into Sage, and FIFO/FEFO lot traceability from goods receipt to dispatch. Integrated the Claude API and OpenAI API into production workflows for intelligent document processing and automation. Role-based access control with JWT.
