Why citations matter: an assistant that cannot show its source is a liability. Mine tells your customer exactly where the answer came from, and says it does not know instead of inventing something.

Claude or ChatGPT -- which is better for my chatbot?
Both work well. Claude gives more thoughtful, nuanced responses and handles long documents better. ChatGPT has wider name recognition. I build with either and can let you switch between them in the admin console.
Can the chatbot answer from my specific documents or website content?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include a RAG knowledge base. The chatbot answers from your uploaded documents, FAQs, or product data rather than giving generic responses.
Is my API key safe?
Yes. I use a server-side proxy so your API key is never exposed in the browser or frontend code. This is production-grade security, not a quick script.
Can I update the chatbot behaviour after delivery?
Premium includes an admin console where you can edit the system prompt, switch between AI models, and view cost per session without touching any code.
