I will upload bulk shopify products and organize collections
About this Gig
Is your Shopify catalog hard to browse? I upload your products and organize them into clear collections and menus so customers can quickly find what they need.
Who this is for: store owners with 15 to 100+ products, brands adding a new range, and multi-vendor or showcase stores that need a cleaner structure.
What I do:
- Upload products from your spreadsheet, CSV or supplier data (titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants, SKUs, tags)
- Create manual or automated collections
- Build a clear main menu and footer menu, including dropdowns
- Set up vendor or brand pages (Premium)
- Check every product on desktop and mobile before delivery
I recently organized a Shopify catalog of around 300 products from multiple vendors, with vendor collections, navigation and brand pages, so large catalogs do not worry me.
Please note: you provide the product data and images. Copywriting, image editing and theme code changes are not included unless we agree them first.
Choose a package based on your product count, or send me your product file and I will confirm the right option before you order.

FAQ
Do you work on existing stores?
Yes. This gig is for live or in-progress Shopify stores. If you need a new store set up, see my Shopify store setup gig.
Do I need to provide the product information?
Yes. I upload and format what you provide. If your data is incomplete, I will list the gaps before starting.
Can you import from a supplier CSV?
Usually yes. I map supplier columns to Shopify's import format. Very large or messy files may need a custom offer.
Will you write product descriptions?
Not in these packages. I can lightly format your text. Copywriting can be quoted separately.
What counts as one product?
One product listing with up to 3 variant options. Products with many variants (for example 30 sizes and colors) may need a custom quote.
How do you access my store?
Through Shopify's collaborator request, which you approve. You can remove access any time.
