Which documents can the chatbot use?
Packages cover text-based PDFs and supplied FAQ text. Basic supports 3 PDFs/50 pages, Standard 10/200, Premium 20/400. Scanned files, OCR and website scraping require a separate quote.
Are API and hosting fees included?
No. OpenAI usage, Pinecone, hosting and domain costs are paid by the buyer through their own accounts. I do not purchase subscriptions on your behalf.
Will every answer be correct?
No AI system guarantees perfect accuracy. I test agreed sample questions, use retrieved document context and configure fallback behavior. Standard and Premium include source references.
Is this a complete SaaS app?
This is a document knowledge chatbot. Billing, subscriptions, multi-tenant SaaS, CRM workflows and complex dashboards are outside these packages. Premium includes login and one existing web app integration.
Can you add the chatbot to my existing website?
Premium includes integration with one existing web app, subject to reviewing your stack. Share your website framework and desired chat experience before ordering. Other integrations need a separate quote.
Can I update the documents after delivery?
I provide source code and handover instructions. Document updates follow the ingestion method agreed for your package. An admin upload dashboard or ongoing maintenance is additional scope unless explicitly agreed.
