Can you create flat-sheet DXF and Accurate Cutsize for production?
I have analyze and test bending in many different material categories {Alu , Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Brass, Coper , galv iron Etc } to get exact bending deduction for accurate cutsize of sheet metal model . So you can user my DXF to laser Cut directly without any test.
Can you convert sold model into sheet metal ?
Of course. You are in the right place . i'v been working for a sheet metal manufacturing company since 2018 its our common job to convert customer model to manufacture able sheet metal model
Which Software will you use to Design ?
Primary software i use for 3d modeling , rendering as well as simulating is SOLIDWORKS.
Can you make portable 3d model for those who do not have any special 3d software to view?
The answer is Yes. I can provide 3D PDF by which you can show off the model on the go.
