I am a certified Salesforce System and Application Architect (Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud). I design the data foundation first, then the agent. Skip that and the agent guesses, hits sharing walls, or never takes action.

FAQ
Do I need Data Cloud to use Agentforce?
Not always. Agentforce can ground on Salesforce CRM data. Data Cloud is required when the agent must unify identities, ingest outside systems, or use calculated insights. Basic package tells you which path you are on before you buy licenses.
What is the difference between a Bot and Agentforce?
Einstein Bots follow a scripted dialog. Agentforce uses subagents (topics), instructions, and actions to plan work against CRM or Data Cloud data. Bots are fine for a FAQ tree. Use Agentforce when the agent must look up records, update them, or call Flow/Apex.
Can you build custom actions for the Agent?
Yes. Standard and Premium include Flow and/or Apex actions so the agent can do real work (create a case, update a lead, post a summary). Basic is a roadmap only—no production actions unless we agree in chat.
I have a custom requirement. Can you help?
Yes. Message the org edition, Data Cloud on/off, and the job the agent must do. I will point you to the right package or a custom offer. I do not accept a blank order with no requirements.
Will you work in my production org?
Sandbox first. Production only after you accept the build in sandbox. I do not turn on Agentforce for all users without a rollout plan.
