Can you troubleshoot OpenStack VM or instance boot problems?

Do you work with OpenStack-Ansible?

What information should I provide before you start?
Please provide a description of the issue, OpenStack version if known, affected services, relevant error messages/logs, recent changes, environment details and the expected behaviour. Please remove passwords, private keys and other sensitive credentials from screenshots or logs.
Will you need access to my OpenStack environment?
It depends on the issue. Some problems can be diagnosed using logs, command outputs and configuration files. For more complex troubleshooting, temporary authorised access may be required. We can confirm the safest approach before work begins.
Does the Basic package cover any OpenStack issue?
The Basic package covers one clearly defined OpenStack issue. Problems involving multiple services, multiple nodes, major configuration changes or wider production impact may require the Standard, Premium or a custom offer.
Can you deploy a complete production OpenStack environment?
Large or production OpenStack deployments require proper scope assessment. Please contact me before ordering so we can discuss the architecture, number of nodes, networking, storage, deployment method and other requirements. I can then provide a custom offer where appropriate.
