I need your WordPress or hosting login details, logo, website content, images, preferred colors, reference websites, and a clear description of your requirements.
Do I need to purchase a domain and hosting?
Yes. You need to provide your own domain and hosting. If you have not purchased them yet, please contact me and I will guide you in choosing a suitable option.
Will my website be responsive and mobile-friendly?
Yes. Your website will be designed to work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Can you redesign my existing WordPress website?
Yes. I can redesign and improve your existing WordPress website with a cleaner, more professional, responsive, and user-friendly layout.
Do you provide website content, logo, or images?
No. You should provide the final text, logo, and images. I can use suitable royalty-free images when possible, but custom content writing and logo design are not included.
Are premium themes and plugins included?
No. Premium themes, plugins, licenses, domain, and hosting costs are not included. If a paid product is required, the buyer must purchase and provide it.
Do you create e-commerce websites?
E-commerce functionality and payment integration are not included in the regular packages. Please contact me before ordering to discuss your requirements and the applicable additional cost.
What does a revision include?
A revision includes reasonable changes to the completed design based on the original requirements. New pages, new features, additional content, or a complete redesign are not considered revisions and may require an additional charge.
Can you upload the website to my hosting?
Yes. Hosting setup is included in the Premium package and is also available as an extra service for other packages. You must provide valid hosting and domain access.
Will you provide support after delivery?
Yes. I will provide limited support for issues directly related to the completed work. New features, content updates, or third-party issues may require an additional order.
