About me
I price finished goods and off-grade product for a Wisconsin dairy distributor, and I’m on the plant floor when our product runs: yields, scrap, changeovers. I work with plants, co-packers and buyers every day, so I know where the costs hide. Before that I did lab work in pharma research, so I check every number twice.
