Do you use AI on my data?
No. I do not use AI to process client data. All checks are done with spreadsheet formulas only, such as blank counts, length checks and duplicate detection.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send me your NDA or confidentiality wording before you share the file and I will sign it.
Will you fill in the missing values?
No. I do not invent missing information. I clean, standardise and flag what is missing so your team knows exactly which rows to complete.
What file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, and Google Sheets exports. If you have another format, message me first.
My file has more rows than your packages cover. What do I do?
Message me with your row count and column names and I will send a custom offer. Large files are welcome.
Should duplicates be deleted or flagged?
Your choice. By default I flag them in a separate list for your approval so nothing is lost. Tell me if you prefer them removed directly.
Can you check custom validation rules?
Yes. Send me the rule, for example a tax ID must be a certain length or an email is mandatory, and I will check every row against it.
Will you change my original file?
Never. Your original file is left untouched. You receive a separate cleaned copy plus the issues list, so you can compare both before you decide.
