Can it take payments or connect to my POS?
It captures order details and sends them to your staff or a sheet. Payments and direct POS links (Toast, Square and similar) depends on the POS having an open API. Message me before ordering and I'll check
Do I need a new phone number?
Not necessarily. You can forward missed or after-hour calls from your current number ti the AI number.
What if AI doesn't know an answer?
It says so, takes a message or transfers the call to your staff. It is set to never invent menu items or prices.
What does it cost to run after delivery?
Voice, phone and AI usage (Vapi/Retell, Twilio, OpenAI) is billed by those providers directly to you and depends on call volume. I'll give you an estimate before you order.
Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. The menu and hours live in a google sheet or Doc you can edit, with no code needed.
