I am a Power Platform developer in the UK with four years of experience. I built an HR system on SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate that cut admin overhead by around 40%, and a desk booking app that took 25% off office space cost.

BASIC is one flow with ONE approver. Conditional routing, multiple stages or escalation is STANDARD. A full build with SharePoint lists, a Power Apps form and reporting is PREMIUM.
You need your own Microsoft 365 tenant with a Power Automate licence. New stages, forms or integrations are a new order, not a revision.

Do I need a Power Automate licence?
Yes. You need Microsoft 365 with Power Automate, and a Power Apps licence for Premium. I build inside your tenant using an account you provide, so you own everything at the end. Tell me your plan and I will confirm before you order.
How many approvers does Basic cover?
One. If your process goes manager then finance, or routes differently above a value threshold, that is Standard. Multi-stage logic is where most of the work lives, so it is priced there rather than hidden in Basic.
