FAQ
How do you connect to my computer or tenant?
Through a secure remote session such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer or Quick Assist, or through temporary admin access to your Microsoft 365 tenant. You can watch the whole session and remove access afterwards.
What if the issue cannot be fixed?
I diagnose before you order, so this is rare. If the cause turns out to be outside Microsoft 365, for example a faulty device or your internet provider, I will tell you immediately and we agree the next step.
Do you support Google Workspace too?
Yes. I handle Gmail, Google Workspace admin, mail routing and Outlook connected to Google accounts.
