What file format should I send you?
Any format works — JPG, PNG, PDF, or even a phone photo of a printed logo/sketch. Higher resolution gives a cleaner result, but I can work with low-quality or blurry images too.
Will I get the source file (AI/EPS), or just a PNG?
You'll always get the editable source file (AI, EPS, or SVG) plus a print-ready PDF. You own the files completely — no restrictions on use.
Can you match the exact colors from my original image/logo?
Yes, colors are matched as closely as possible to your original file. If you have exact brand colors (Pantone, CMYK, or hex codes), send them and I'll use those instead.
What if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Extra revisions are available as a small add-on — just ask before or during the order and I'll quote it upfront, no surprises.
How fast can you turn this around? Do you offer rush delivery?
Standard delivery times are listed per package, but rush delivery (same-day, when possible) is available for an added fee — message me before ordering to confirm availability.
My AI-generated image has weird artifacts/errors — can you still vectorize it?
Yes — I clean up small inconsistencies (odd edges, warped lines etc.) as part of the vectorizing process, not just trace them as-is.
Can the vector file be scaled up for large printing (banners, signs, packaging)?
That's the main advantage of vector — it scales to any size with zero quality loss, so it's ready for anything from a business card to a billboard.
