I build your tables, linked records, rollups, formula fields, views, filters and input forms, plus data import from CSV or Google Sheets. The number of tables depends on your package: 3, 6 or 12.
Can you build a CRM in Airtable for my business?
Yes, this is my specialty. I set up leads, contacts, deals and activity tracking with pipeline views, so you can see your sales process clearly and stop relying on messy spreadsheets.
What is a Softr client portal and do I need one?
A Softr client portal is a web app built on top of your Airtable data. Your clients log in and see only their own projects, invoices or requests. It’s ideal for agencies, freelancers and service businesses. It’s included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Can you automate my workflow with Make.com?
Yes. I build Make.com automations such as email notifications, form-to-database syncing, Slack alerts and multi-step workflows between your tools. Standard includes 1 simple scenario and Premium includes 3 multi-step scenarios.
What can an n8n AI agent do for my business?
An n8n AI agent can qualify leads, answer common customer questions, summarize inquiries or act as an assistant for your CRM. It’s included in the Premium package, and I’ll confirm the use case with you before building.
Do I need coding skills to manage the system after delivery?
No. Everything is built with no-code tools (Airtable, Softr, Make.com and n8n), so you can manage and edit it yourself. Premium includes a video walkthrough and documentation.
Can you migrate my existing spreadsheet or Excel data into Airtable?
Yes. I import and clean data from Excel, CSV or Google Sheets and map it into your new Airtable structure so nothing gets lost.
Do I need paid Airtable, Softr, Make.com or n8n accounts?
Many setups run on free or entry-level plans, but some features, like Softr user logins or higher automation volume, may need a paid plan. I’ll tell you exactly which plan you need before I start. Subscription fees are paid directly to those platforms and are not included in my gig price.
