FAQ
1. What do you need from me to get started?
Your screen recordings or Figma files, your logo, brand colors and fonts, and a rough idea of what the video should achieve. If you have a script, send it. If not, I can write one with the Standard and Premium packages.
2. Do you provide the voiceover?
Voiceover is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, you can add it as an extra or send me your own recording.
3. Can you make videos for the App Store or Google Play?
Yes. I can export in the correct sizes and durations for app preview videos. Tell me which platform when you order.
4. How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3 and Premium 5. Revisions cover changes to the delivered video, like timing, text or colors. A full redesign or a new script after approval counts as a new order.
5. Can I get a longer video than the package length?
Yes. Add the “Additional running time” extra when you order. For anything much longer than 90 seconds, message me first so I can quote it properly.
