Most projects don't fail because of bad developers. They fail because priorities are unclear, backlogs are messy, and nobody owns the plan. That's the gap I fill.
I'm a project manager with close to two years of hands-on freelance experience running software projects in Jira with Scrum and Agile. I set up boards that make sense, clean up backlogs, run sprints, and keep clients and developers on the same page.
