About me
I'm Salman, director of Grasp Solutions, a dispatch and call center company in Lahore. I've run dispatch for North American cab companies since 2010, and since 2015 my team has handled 24/7 dispatch and call answering for taxi, limousine, food delivery and logistics companies in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia. We work hands-on in TaxiCaller and LimoAnywhere, from our own office with on-site supervisors and backup power and internet. I also help service businesses get more calls through local SEO and faster websites. Message me with your hours and call volume first.... Read more
