What if the bug can't be reproduced?
I first confirm I can reproduce the issue. If it depends on your environment, we agree how to test it safely. If no fix is possible within scope, we discuss options before going further.
Can you work on my existing codebase?
Yes. Most of my work is on existing .NET applications, including older code without documentation. I review the code before confirming scope and timeline.
Is my project kept confidential?
Yes. Your code, data and business details are used only for your project and are never shared with anyone else.
What if the issue is bigger than expected?
If investigation shows the problem is larger than the package, I explain what I found and send a custom offer before doing extra work.
