What file formats can I send you my drawings in?
I can work with PDF, DWG (AutoCAD), and scaled/dimensioned image files. Clearer, dimensioned drawings lead to faster and more accurate takeoffs.
Do you provide priced estimates or only quantities?
My Basic and Standard packages cover quantity takeoff only. If you'd like quantities priced against rates, please select the Premium package or add the pricing extra — you can supply your own rates, or I can apply general market-rate benchmarks (clearly marked as indicative, not certified).
What if my drawings aren't fully dimensioned or scaled?
I can still work from them, but accuracy will depend on drawing quality. I'll flag any assumptions or areas needing clarification in the final deliverable.
Can you handle multi-building or multi-sheet projects?
Yes, larger or multi-building projects are welcome. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm scope and recommend the right package.
In what format will I receive the final BOQ?
You'll receive an editable Excel (.xlsx) workbook by default. A PDF summary can be included on request.
